About Janet

I’m Janet, the voice behind The Janet Edit, a space for thoughtful growth, practical support, and embracing new chapters with clarity and confidence.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and administration, I have spent much of my career helping organizations and individuals bring structure, clarity, and consistency to their work. From developing policies to improving processes and supporting day-to-day operations, my work has always centered on making things work better in a quiet, effective, and intentional way.

At this stage of life, I am not starting over. I am building forward. I am refining what I have learned, aligning it with what I value, and creating work that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

The Janet Edit reflects that shift.

It is where practical experience meets thoughtful reflection, where structure meets creativity, and where I share not only what I know but what I am continuing to learn.

Through this platform, I offer support in three key areas:
